Co-Founder, Pastry Chef
Sarah Reed is an Alumni ofThe International Culinary Center, ICC (formally known as The French Culinary Institute) and co-owner of Cousins’ Creations Baked Goods LLC.
She discovered her love for baking at the age of two when her father asked her if she wanted to help him make some brownies.
That’s where her career began.
From then on, she knew baking would forever be in her future.
Sarah started her career by experimenting in the kitchen when she was 10. Using boxed mixes, she would make additions or substitutions with different ingredients to see the results.
Some turned out great… others not so great.
During middle and high school she took multiple cooking classes, both public and private.
At the age of seventeen, making cakes, cookies and other baked goods for close family and friends, she started her company with her cousin Emily.
In August of 2018, Sarah enrolled in ICC, completing her culinary education the following November.
Her schooling days might be over, but her culinary journey is only the beginning.
Her dream is to one day open a little cafe and serve all of her favorite confections.
